We recommend 305 BASICS for your first class.
You'll receive three emails from us when you book your first class: 1) a welcome email 2) a purchase receipt and finally 3) a class confirmation email.

Moving Off the Waitlist 🙋♀️
We know the waitlist isn't a fun place to be, and we'll do our best to accommodate you into class. If you are signed up for a waitlist, here is how we will contact you if a spot opens up:
More than 24 hours before class, you will receive an email informing you that you've been bumped into class.
Less than 24 hours before class, we will send you a text if we get to your name on the waitlist. We text clients in order of who was the first to sign up for the waitlist. We will move you into your class if you confirm within 5 minutes and then we will contact the next person on the waitlist. (Pro-tip: Be by your phone if you are on a day-of waitlist.)
On the waitlist and haven't heard from us? That means a spot didn't open up in advance but you are welcome to drop in to the studio and take your chances to see if a spot opens up at the last minute. Read "Dropping Into Class" below for the 411. You know we wanna do everything we can to get ur booty into class!
Please remove your name from the waitlist if you are no longer able to attend a class. If you're on the waitlist, we assume you're available for class and are prepared to attend if a spot opens up.
Dropping Into Class 💅
If you are new to class, we strongly (like, suuuuper strongly) recommend you sign up ahead of time to ensure you get the full rundown at the beginning of class and warm-up.
If a class has availability, you're totally welcome to drop in. We recommend you arrive 15 minutes before so we can sign you up and get you settled. (If you're a student, you're gonna wanna drop in cuz you get 50% off for drop-in classes Mon-Fri 9am-4:30pm. Boo ya!)
If a class is full, dropping in can be a little trickier and we can't guarantee there will be spots. That said, we typically have a handful of clients who no-show for the class they've signed up for. If you haven't signed up in advance and class is full with a waitlist, you are welcome to drop into the studio to see if a spot opens up at the last minute. If we don't have a spot for you on the roster or waitlist, we'll add you to our standby list:
At the class start time, we will call the names of everyone on the waitlist and honor the waitlist order for any spots that open as a result of client late-cancels and no-shows.
If we still have space in class after calling our waitlist, we will then move to our standby list, in the order of how clients have arrived to the studio.
Note: We hold spots for registered clients for 10 minutes so if you're dropping in, it's likely you'll miss the class warmup. As long as you're cool with this, it's always worth a shot to drop in and see if something opens up!
Cancelling Your Class 😕
We have a 24 hour cancellation window.
If you cancel within 24 hours or don't show for class, the class credit will be deducted from your account.
If you are a member and you do not show to a class for which you are booked, you will be charged a $30 no-show fee. If you are a member and you cancel with less than 24 hours, you will be charged $10. (Members get one freebie late-cancel or no-show each month.)
Pro-tip: If your plans change but you wanna keep your credit, send a friend! We allow transfers to other clients if you are using a single class credit or a class package.
