Having most recently launched in our fourth city--LA!--and with more studios and cities around the corner, we’re looking for an exceptional executor and out-of-the-box thinker to fuel our rapid growth.
The Operations Manager would support the COO in day-to-day operations. From strategy to development, you need to love getting into the weeds and making things better--whether quicker, clearer, more efficient, more scalable, or just plain cuter. Attention to detail, ability to problem solve, and strong interpersonal skills are a must. We’re on the hunt for someone who thrives in a startup culture and is naturally fun, hardworking, proactive, and, above all else, passionate about ((305)).
This position is full-time. You’ll be joining team #NoDaysOff (read: not for the 9-to-5-er!) We’re looking for a true team player who works independently, speedily, and with a positive attitude.
This role has tremendous opportunity for growth over time, with the potential to oversee national operations.
On a macro level, you will:
Build systems to keep the 305 wheels turning smoothly
Problem solve and troubleshoot around obstacles, big and small
Wear many hats
Play a huge role in new studio launches
Be one of the key faces managing our team of instructors, DJs, and studio managers
Develop long and short-term organizational planning and strategy
On a micro level, you will:
Oversee daily activity of studio-level operations; track staffing, scheduling, and performance and manage resources accordingly
Support studio construction build-outs
Oversee 305 Active, our activewear line; manage development, distribution, inventory, visual merchandising, and launches
Manage recruiting, hiring, and onboarding across all cities
Manage our client and staff software programs, setting up new locations, pricing options, etc. as needed
Grow corporate partnerships
Develop and test new operational initiatives
Maintain performance standards and improve quality control
Support facilities management across studios
Develop training and employee manuals
Aggregate and implement staff and client feedback
Report directly to our COO
