Small but fierce with a contagious energy. Come for a party, feel-good vibes, and non-stop smiles!

Some say "movement is medicine" and for Becca, these words could not be more true. Becca has a dual-degree in PT - Physical Therapy (oh hayyy docta) and Poppin n Twerking (booty shakin FTW). She works as an acute care physical therapist at Brigham and Women's Hospital, where she is a healer and educator for patients each day. Outside of PT, Becca shares her love of dance with Boston Ballet’s Adaptive Dance program and now, ((305)) Fitness. Growing up, Becca struggled with body image and self-esteem issues until she discovered dance while studying at Duke (hip hop, jazz, Bollywood/Bhangra, African, you name it!). Through movement, Becca learned how to be confident, sexy, and fierce AF both on and off stage. When Becca started teaching youth and adolescents, she witnessed how dance can heal, empower, and change lives. For Becca, 305 is her dance journey in a nutshell: a safe space of pure joy and self-acceptance.

Becca is vivacious, dedicated, and steadfast in her approach. In her class, you’ll feel an energetic and disciplined focus. Becca invites you to embrace your body, love yourself, and discover your own version of sexy. She’ll inspire you in a challenging but supportive environment filled with “yasss”, “werq it”, and “I see you”. When Becca isn’t at 305, you can find her tripping on her shoelaces (yo girl is a klutz) or enjoying Secco and ice cream with her roomies.

Accept who you are; and revel in it.
