  • 20 Minutes: 305 Fitness with founder, Sadie Kurzban

  • 20 Minutes: CDM with founder, Carrie Dorr

This full-body workout features high-intensity cardio, lower and upper body strength, core work and flexibility, to boot. This one-hour workout will brighten your outlook, give you an endorphin high, and make you feel good for days after!

Tickets are $50. Hosted at 305 Fitness Village: 18 W 8th St. All proceeds benefit Keep A Breast Foundation, empowering young people with breast health education for early detection.
