Winter is coming. Flu and Cold Szn is upon us. Here are a few ways to boost your immunity when you need it most.

Drinking at least 8 8-ounce glasses of water per day has so many bennies. It aids digestion, keeps your skin looking fresh AF, and helps your immune system by flushing out the bad stuff.


Go For The Veggies!

You want to stay in and order seamless everyday. Das cool -  you do you boo! But be mindful of how much processed food you are eating - like za and burgers - and opt for healthier choices like soup (butternut squash yassss) and roasted veggies.


Catch Those zZz’s

While you sleep, your body produces more of the antibodies you need to ward off illness and shorten the duration of a cold. Try to get at least 7-8 hours per night on the reg and an extra hour or two when you feel a cold coming on.
