JUNKIE TRANSFORMATION: KAYLA JARDINE
In January, we selected three junkies to receive free ((305)) memberships for ten weeks. The dream, right?! Our fit fam worked with them to design a rigorous class schedule, and they also teamed up with nutritionist Chelsey Amer to get a custom-made meal plan. The results? Well, you can see ‘em for yourself!
We also used the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale to see how their self-esteem sky-rocketed after ten weeks. Our babe Kayla began with a 19 and ended with a 26! 😍
Wanna know how she did it? You're in luck, junkies! We sat down with Kayla to get all the details on her ((305)) journey, her instructor crush, and how ten weeks of class changed her entire outlook on life.
Oh heyyy Kayla! Had you struggled with healthy living before?
I’ve pretty much struggled with my weight since I was 18 and I’ve tried just about everything to lose weight (went vegan, joined a gym, ClassPass, SoulCycle, daily yoga) and nothing ever worked for me.
What was the most challenging part of the ((305)) program?
The most challenging part for me was staying committed. The first month on ((305)) I wasn’t really seeing any physical results and I was getting really upset, but I forced myself to stay committed and all of a sudden it just clicked.
What was the most rewarding part?
By far the most rewarding part was being able to get through the intense cardio classes completely and watching myself progress every week. I feel so accomplished every time I take a class and I’d never trade that feeling.
Get it, gurl! Would you recommend doing 10 weeks of ((305))?
Absolutely! Truthfully, I’d recommend more time than that to fully take advantage of what classes have to offer and let you body see real results.

Was there ever a time when you wanted to give up during this journey?
The start of the journey was pretty tough because I was really out of shape and had a tough time keeping up in classes. Everyone was always soooo welcoming but I was hard on myself. Thankfully the open environment at 305 helped me overcome my fear!
If you could do something differently, what would you do?
I’d love to go to ((305)) more often! It took me a little adjust to the cardio so I was going 5/6 times a week and wish I could have pushed it to a full 7 times!
How has ((305)) changed your outlook on life?
((305)) is a party, and when you party like that enough it starts to rub off on you. Everywhere I go I feel comfortable to bring that ((305)) energy and party with me and it’s made everything a lot more fun! ((305)) is the greatest decision I’ve ever made!
