  • Cancel up to 8 hours in advance with no penalty. We understand true emergencies happen. Please email us at info@305fitness.com and we will always do our best to support you!

  • If a spot opens up in class, you’ll be automatically added and notified up to 8 hours before class starts. Please note, we are not able to accommodate walk-ins at this time.

  • Yes, you can book up to 2 class a day! If you want to be way extra and book more classes, email info@305fitness.com!

  • Yesss, hunny! 305 Fitness is the ultimate dance cardio workout. Burn 600+ calories in our 45 minute dance cardio class that will have you working from head-to-toe! 305 Fitness is a HIIT workout combining dance, kickboxing, and plyometrics for the best dance class in NYC (and a fun, challenging workout!)

  • You can check yourself in from your phone at the studio between 30 to 5 min before class!

  • You can use credits on your account to book a guest!

  • Yes, you can freeze your membership at anytime for any increment of time, just email info@305fitness.com!

  • Of course! They’ll leave drippin’ in sweat and sore AF! This ain’t no sissy’s workout.

  • At this time, showers are available at any Equinox classes. Otherwise, we unfortunately do not have showers available at other locations.

  • The most fun, confidence-boosting workout of your life, hunny! When you arrive at the studio for the first time, you’ll be taken on a tour of our gorgeous spaces, so try to arrive 10-15 minutes early. Class starts with a warm-up to get your heart rate up and introduce some of our signature dance moves, and then you’ll move into a choreography section. (Think moves you’d see at the club or on a wedding dance!) You’ll break midway through for some toning, and finish out the class with more dancing. Expect to get nice and sweaty, so make sure you’re wearing comfy workout clothes! All classes can be modified for low-impact, but you will be jumping and twerking around, so make sure to wear sneaks. Studios have showers, so you can get nice and cute after class!

  • 305 is the area code for Miami, and this workout is inspired by Miami nightlife. Think club-style lights, DJs, disco balls, art deco, and non-stop music that makes you want to dance till you drop!

  • Life’s too short to count calories, boo! We move our bodies to feel good and love ourselves harder. 305 is a hyper-effective, full-body cardio blast that will rev your metabolism and aerobic capacity. Most people can expect to burn 450-600 calories in a 45 minute class. Dance because it feels good!
